Is there a 'click and collect' option with online purchases?
You better believe it! We can have your parcel ready for you to collect in store by the end of the day. You can place a note on your order with what day/time you'll be calling in to pick up your goodies or you can just give us a call to discuss further options.
What happens if my order doesn't fit/suit me?
We will do our best to exchange your item for another in the same style if we have it available in store. If we have sold out, we can help you exchange your item for another item online. If you cannot find anything to exchange your item for, we will create a store credit in your name that you can use down the track. This has no expiry so don't stress if you can't find anything online at the time of your exchange. We do not offer refunds on exchanges.
Can you order me in another size if my size has sold out?
We can give it a go! A lot of our stock arrives in packs of set sizes so more often than not we can only order another pack in. However, some styles we are able to chase up on their own. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can go from there
If there isn't my size online, will it be in store?
All of our stock levels online are exactly what we have in store.
