Exchanges and Returns 

Within 2 weeks of your purchase, send us an email at and we will be able to sort you out! We are more than happy to exchange your product for another size or style if the product that we receive back has the tags attached and hasn't been worn! If you can't find anything to exchange it for, we can give you a store credit to apply to your next purchase whenever that may be!

As for refunds, we will gladly refund you if your product is faulty or isn't what you ordered. Any items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund (unless with an extreme fault). We totally understand that sometimes you might change your mind, so please be sure when you place your order as we don't offer refunds for this reason. Please note, shipping costs will not be included in your refund. 



As we are only a small team here at Arum, we will do our best to get your goodies in the mail to you as soon as we can. We will send out an email to you with the good news once we've seen the postie so you know it's on its way! We have a flat rate of $15 for shipping on all orders. If you're in need of an exchange for an item you have purchased, you will need to cover the cost of postage to and from the store for your follow up items. We would love to be able to offer 'Free Postage' with our online orders, but need to be able to cover ourselves with costings as well, so at this point in time, we will be charging a flat rate for all orders.
